The goal of the project is to provide clients in the middle class with individual future-oriented recommendations that are based on past transactions.
Along with subscriptions, automatic payment management and monitoring.
The most valuable aspect is the rise in the number of visits to an online bank, intersection points with clients, and clientele segmentation testing based on routine behavior.
The project’s target audience is the clientele from the middle-class financial segment, referred to as a pilot group.
UX/UI Design Project
I’ve worked with a team of two junior UX designers that were under the supervision of the Alpha bank UX group manager.
I’ve participated in the full UX cycle program ranging from target audience study/research to low & high fidelity prototype creation, including interviews, empathy maps, CJM, and data architecture.
The growth of clients’ financial well-being and smart budgeting are core principles for a mutually beneficial relationship between the bank and the client.
Youth is more inclined to do budgeting via digital services/platforms.
Banks have no capability to merge/fuse the functionality of data from multiple banks together. Usually, the choice falls on Excel. While the integration of data will enable full-scale analysis and access to customer data for internal processing. The subsystem should be as simple as its functionality allows.
The system should suggest category restrictions and investments based on a scientific approach, taking into account clients' lifestyles and opinions.
The creation of the Empathy map gave us a clear understanding of what are our ways to a solution.

The analytics expert system provides an individual approach to each client of the bank because the offers and the ad banners that the clients see are based on the analysis of the client’s data and their goals during the validity period of the bank offer.
The interface of the section is based on the light wizard principle, where there is no rigid binding to steps, and it serves more as a guideline in the process and it is possible to switch independently between tabs. Choose which analytics you want to see and click the Start button.
The bank marketing team can add new approaches for clients and remove unpopular ones. And analyze the popularity of approaches.
As a solution, the main page was designed in analogy to the dashboard. A client can track the next payments, cancel them, and see what is the relation of the planned expenses to the total monthly expenses.
The Future Payments section offers a quick payment option.
The Subscriptions section manages subscriptions.
Under the Goals, we can create a new target or adjust an existing one.
The Notifications page allows clients to track income and expenses.
Banking analytics based on data science techniques
Periodic periodic reports
Simulation specific one-time queries

We get our results at the end of the Analytics run. We’ll study them, remove inappropriate options, and leave something for later.
The results are collected on one page and will be visible in ad banners on the main page and internal pages with the ability to switch to a more detailed version.
