Design a system for the business analysis, to explore how users are performing business processes in their day to day job.

My role is UX Designer role.

Objective

The interface is expected to be as simple as it is possible in the context of business logic. The business analysts should be able to see the full picture, details, and also different metrics.

Functionality & UX

Investigate features, used by competitors.

IxD & UI

Investigate useful controls for this kind of data, color sets adopted by complex systems, and easy navigation.

Process

Problem Definition

As a Business Analyst, I want to be able to explore how employees use their business tools. How do they run processes from the start to finish, as well as where are the weaknesses and strengths?

User Story

As a user, I am a Business Analyst.
I want to optimize weaknesses in the frequent user flows and also fix abnormal cases.
So that I can find the most relevant flows to automate or fix.

Perception Of Solution

​I focus on the balance between the complexity of the process and the Business Analyst needs to cover main flows as well as abnormal behaviors in a user-friendly way in order to focus on the most problematic and sensitive areas.

Process Mining

Is a technique designed to discover, monitor, and improve real processes by extracting readily available knowledge from the event logs of information systems or real-time processes screening.

Low Fidelity

High Fidelity
